Chlorine Washes

A chlorine wash is a great way to get your pool looking new again and keeping it clean and safe for your family and friends.  At Pool Sharks we recommend a chlorine wash be performed every few years to keep mineral content at normal levels and to prevent a build up of algae.  We feel chlorine washes are important for three major reasons:

• It brings back the original color of the plaster
• Calcium and mineral build up is removed
• Staining is removed

Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, stains, plaster chipping, and bubbling of plaster. These may occur during the chlorine wash or after the pool has been filled with water again. Pool Sharks is not responsible for any of these occurrences.
